It was wonderful. Visited: July 2008

I stayed at the Palms Hotel in July, and it was wonderful!

It was clean, neat, and well-kept. The maid service was terrific, the staff was polite, and the room had all the amenities I needed.

I will stay here again.

The Palms offers great location and service. Visited: May 2008

We recently stayed at the Palms Hotel, and found that they are on par with hotels here in the USA.

They have a great location, offer good service, and provide comfy beds and an ample breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport is reasonably priced, and on time.

This is now our "home away from home" whenever we visit Trinidad! It is highly recommended.

The Palms provided great rooms and service. Visited: May 2008

We booked a night here based on online reviews. We found the room was very nice, comfortable, and clean - with a great shower, full cable, and free Wi-Fi!

They also had comfortable beds and nice furniture - it was very refreshing!

Hotels in Port of Spain can be pricy, but the Palms was definitely the best way to go. It was about half of what the Holiday Inn Express charged - which was nearby. They also arranged shuttles to the airport for a small fee...something like $15 TT, which was just a few dollars.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm's Hotel Trinidad. Visited: November 2007

My husband and I stayed here for two nights (before and after a few days in Tobago), and found it excellent in comfort and cleanliness.

The room we had both times was spacious and attractive with efficient air conditioning. The staff was very helpful once we were there, though they had no record of the booking I had made by both phone and email! (Incidentally, direct contact information had been hard to find.)

We arrived late the first evening, and fortunately did not need a restaurant. There was unlimited coffee and other items available in the morning, and bread for toast. We noticed that in the Caribbean, that allthough a coffee percolator may be supplied in a room, the coffee is not, which seems strange.

On our second stay, we ran up against a disadvantage of this hotel, which is its lack of nearby amenities. There is one good restaurant at the nearby Trincity Mall, which also has food courts for quick meals. However, it is mostly closed on Sundays - which is when we were there!

If you need a pleasant, reliable place to stay between flights, not too far from the airport, and don't require sightseeing or other facilities within easy reach, we can highly recommend Palms Hotel.

We have no picture, but those shown on this site are realistic, with no exaggeration. The garden really was lovely, and the rooms were much better than we'd expected. In addition, the price seems reasonable for Trinidad.

Palm's Hotel is a pleasant getaway from the U.S. Visited: October 2007

Palm's Hotel Trinidad is only minutes away from Piarco's busy airport, and is one of the most inviting hotel's in the area. I found my hotel stay here to be the nicest of the Caribbean islands.

From front desk staff, all the way up to house keeping, all the staff here at The Palm's Hotel will go out of their way to see that your stay is most pleasant.

A shopping mall and nice eateries are located within a three-minute drive or walking distance of the hotel.

If you are looking for the comfort of your own home - away from home, I highly recommend The Palm's Hotel. It will provide you with convenience and a sound sleep!
